✏️Custom Pattern Set DLC

Here you can find the basic guide to install dd-nailshopV2 custom DLC

Configuration

Going to the config.lua in the custom DLC you will find the following variables that you can change, present under each design:

1

Step 1 - Enable designs

Here you can find the 4 editable designs (design01, design02, design03, design04). By setting the enabled variable to true it will be enabled (on false the opposite)

2

Step 2 - Set designs images

The variable next is previewImage, you will set up with a link from an external image host site, an image for the preview that appears in the nail design menu. (We recommend using the .PNG 500x120 format.)

3

Step 4 - Colors

Below are all the colors. These can be turned on or off if in case it is not used for that design you want to create! (you can also change the color that appears in the game menu via the HEX code)

4

Step 5 - Edit textures

Now that you have determined which models you will use and in which colorations, you need to create the textures. To do this go to the stream/[TEXTURE-LIBRARY] folder and get the design file you want to modify (lib_customnails_pack01-01 corresponds to design01 and so on). Open the file in OpenIV and inside you will find a texture for each color.

The name of each image is renamed to be associated with the template you want to edit! dreamdev_[LENGTH]_nailstemplate[COLOR]! Extract the desired texture, use any photo editing program to change imange, and after then bring the image back into the openiv library in the same image format (.DDS) After this step is finished you only have to bring the library back into the script and replace it with the present one so you can make the changes!

5

Step 6 - Start to play

Restart your server and you're ready to play with your server's exclusive new nail pack!

🚨 WARNING 🚨

Please be aware: Restarting the script while inside the server will cause it to stop working. Proceed with caution.

Changing the name of the script will prevent it from working, use the name dd-nailshopV2_custompattern01-dlc
